How to Become a Vendor

To Vendors of Motorcycle Products and Services:

We are already in the planning stages for the 10th Annual Ride Across Maryland motorcycle ride on June 5th – June 7th, to the Francis Scott Key Family Resort in Ocean City, Maryland. We hope you will join us for another successful weekend of entertainment, food, fun, prizes and camaraderie, all to continue the fight against breast cancer. In the past eight years, we have donated over $1.4 million to the Maryland affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

With on-site activities being planned for both Saturday and Sunday, this will create the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your services or products to another huge crowd of motorcycle enthusiasts. Channel 13 and other media outlets such as radio station 1530 AM - WCTR in Chestertown, Maryland, and the Ed Norris Show - 105.7 FM -WJZ Baltimore, heavily promote this event, founded by former TV Channel 13 reporter, Dick Gelfman.

There is no vendor fee for this event. However, in lieu, we hope you will consider making a donation to the cause and/or a door prize donation. If you require electricity, a $15 fee will be required. No generators are allowed this year. Vendors will be announced and recognized throughout the event by our DJ’s.

Also, note that we do limit the number of vendors for specific products and services. We do recommend you bring a large tent for your and your customers comfort, in the of rain or shine. Early registration is highly recommended!

There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available to you such as the Ride Guide (our back pocket reference guide that includes valuable information to all our participants) or the day of Ride Report. We would also like to suggest that you consider a clip-out coupon in your ad to encourage participants to visit you at the event. Sponsorship forms must be returned to us no later than March 30th if you want to be included in our Ride Guide.
